Xiamen Z2 Sport Products Co., Ltd focus on soft bags design and production since 2009. With 100+ workers and monthly 100,000 pieces output, we had been cooperated with the brands, such as FILA, National Geographic, Wilson, Samsonit, and etc.
During the past 10+ year developing, we have rich experience in cooperating with brands from the aspects of brainstorming in new products developing, material developing, production quality control, to on-time delivery service.
With the certificate of BSCI and ISO, we strictly control on every production process to ensure quality and time delivery. Besides keep improving on the production techniques, we also emphasis on R&D team develop from the themes of newest material, product design, function improved, and patents innovations.
※ Our Certificate
Our factory has the certificates of BSCI, ISO9001, and SGS. The material can meet the requirements of P65. We accept all the tested requirements on thickness, weight, tension, material components, waterproof and etc. Meanwhile, we high promote recycle material to save the resources and reduce the waste.
※ Production Equipment
Our machines are: auto cutting machine, computerized paper mold laser cutting machine, production management system, computerized sewing machine, pattern machine, heat seal machines and etc. We are trying to add as more auto machine to improve the production efficiency, and ensure the quality.
We do all kinds of logo you need, such as Silk printing, Sublimation, Heat Transfer Printing, Rubber Logo, Hardware Plate, and 3D Embroider etc.

※ What products we make
We have 2 main product lines: heat seal and sewing. The former is to make soft flask, water bladder, and dry bag; the last one is to produce sewing backpack for different purposes.
Our products are widely used for outdoor activities and daily life, such as:
